Slow Take

I have been back in Copenhagen only 3 days and yet I will be leaving for Switzerland before the week is even over. While I am incredibly thankful for all the travel opprotunities I have had, my wanderlust is wearing a bit thin. I haven't even been able to catch up with all of my friends this week, and yet I have a huge task list of things I need to do tomorrow before I leave. My last day or two in Scotland I was already dreaming of returning to the quiet beauty of this city that suits me so well.

Is it possible to be homesick for a place you've only known two months?

  1. Hi Adrienne!
Thank you so much for your comment.
    Your photos are absolutely gorgeous!
In response to your question - I get mine developed at By's Foto in Frederiksborggade near the lakes. It's the cheapest place I've been able to find. The prints are not the best, but I usually only get them on CD, so it doesn't matter so much. I don't think you can get 120 film developed there, though! So you are pretty much stuck with the expensive places because they are the only ones who do it... I've never asked him, though, so you can try! As far as I know most people send them to Germany, though, and don't develop 120 films themselves, which makes for extra high prices (like they weren't bad enough already!)!
But yeah, if you want really nice prints you are probably going to have to go to a slightly more expensive place, sadly.
